Aging Beautifully

Today as DH and I are outside preparing for the upcoming Tag Sale, I noticed some of our furniture is kinda like we are , some has aged better than others! One thing that is aging beautifully right now though are my drying hydrangeas by the back door. We've "babied" these plants for the past 2 years and this year they blessed us with beautiful blooms! So I decided I'd save some. Aren't they beautiful? If you have hydrangeas, do you dry them and get to enjoy them for even longer?

Hi Carol! I came over from Jill's blog. It is so nice to find you. You have a lovely blog. I tried to grow hydrangea one summer, but had no luck with it at all. I love them and think they are gorgeous dried. I'm so glad you were able to enjoy yours this year. Your banner is beautiful. Have a nice week! Twyla

Thanks for visiting Ormolulu, Carol! YES, the show--despite record temperatures and the physical demands that places on everyone--was a financial and emotional success!

Have a great summer,

Debi
